Odd combination of problems
The following functions suddenly quit working simultaneously on my 02 FX4: Overdrive off, Automatic headlights, Seatbelt warning, Automatic door locks. Everything else works fine. Is it possibly a fuse? This seems like an odd grouping to have on one fuse???

Passenger Compartment Fuse Panel.
Fuse #29 5 A :
Autolamp Module, Transmission Overdrive Control Switch, Central Security Module,Belt Minder
Sounds like the list you posted above. If you have RKE or a door key pad, that prob does not work either
