inst. cluster lights

inst. cluster lights

mine are dimming and or have gone out. how much of a hassle is it to replace and how many are there? any help would be appreciated.

I think there are about 10. Just change them all if you decide to do it. I did mine and it took me about 45 minutes in and out. You will need torx sockets. It is easier if you drop the column. You also need to pull out the light switch. My lens had lots of stains inside and dust on the inside. A little Windex and a microfiber towel made the cluster appear new. I was stupid and only changed the burned out bulbs the first time. Guess what? 2 or more bulbs burned out within 2 months, and I have to do the job again

Do a search on the forum for headlight switch. That is only goofy part. The **** comes off and goes on 180 degrees off to remove the headlamp switch. Ditto, replace all the bulbs while you are there, they are cheap.
