Will 130 amp Alternator bolt up ?
Howdy Folks...
I've got a 2000 4.2 SC auto 4x2, no tow pkg, with a 95 amp alternator.
Anyone know if the 130 amp Alternator will bolt up and connect without any modifications?
I was going to replace brushes, but when I took the alt apart, lots of wear....
Thanks for the help!

While I don't know if the factory one from a tow kit would bolt up 100%, you can contact :
http://www.powermastermotorsports.co...ate_model.html
I got this URL from members here that used them for replacement Alternators, and for upgrading.
The list a 130 AMP version, but only call it for late model series. Drop them an email, or give them a ring, and ask. You might save a few dollars on the part.
