I bought a used 2000 F150 XLT Supercab. I got one key and no remotes. The door locks aren't working. I can hear them trying to work when I push the button, but nothing happens. Anybody know what that could be? Also, how can I find out if it has remote entry. I know there's supposed to be a box under the dash somewhere for it, but I don't know where to look. I didn't get an owner's manual either, so it's kind of hard to find anything. Thanks for any help in advance.

 

Your door lock actuators went out...do a search for it and it'll tell you how to fix it.
