My 1997 Ford F150 V8 4.6L will not turn over

and I already checked the silinods all that is left is the fuses and the ignition itself But I want to check the fuse first

 

Will not turn over, as in the starter motor is dead ?

When you say you checked the solenoid, did you apply power to the ign input, and the starter turned over ?
