Question F13 Short

My vineyard pickup is a '95 F-150 4X4 with >190,000 miles. The #13 fuse blows upon insertion, there's ~1.8 ohms to gnd on the low side and 12V (correctly) always on the high side. Of course the ABS blinks 16 times w/o computer power. I've taken all suggestions: brake light switch (NO) is good, cruise disconnect (NC) is good, no shorts in brake lights. What next? must be a nasty short somewhere... Thanks, DonVidon

Disconnect all of the following: Brake On Off switch, Cruise disconnect switch, and RABS module.

If the short still remains, time to start tracing wires in the harness.
