Problem with rear lights....

I noticed last night when I was locking my truck while using the key fob, the rear tail (parking lights) and license plate lights did not flash. I started checking and found that the brake lights, turn signals and hazard lights all work.

I tried tracking down the correct fuse, but the owners manual is a little confussing. Does anyone have an idea as to what the problem may be???

Thanks for any input.

Tiny,

Not a fuse...the front running lamps are on the same circuit.

Two recent threads concerning this issue will probably help you.

Locate them by using the keyword "S115" in the SEARCH tool.

Look for the posts by sscully1 and me.

Steve,

Thanks for the information. It ended up being a broken wire and corroded connector. I beleive that it was the S115 splice, as I do not have access to the wiring diagraham. It was the one located above the spare tire.
