problem with horn
I have a 2001 Ford F150 and the horn only works when the engine is not working, turn on the truck and no horn. Please help, it needs to be inspected for a new sticker ASAP.

Does your cruise control not work properly and/or do you have an airbag warning light?
If either of the conditions are also present, you probably have a clockspring problem.
Otherwise, there is probably an aftermarket device that is miswired.
