Help with OBDII code RXAQ3P4

I ran my codes this morning, and my scanner came up with this code RXAQ3P4. Does anyone know what this is?
Thanks

That doesn't look like any DTC I've ever seen. Are you testing the PCM or another module? I would check again. You should be getting a code that starts with a letter P (powertrain), C (chassis), or B (body), and usually four numbers behind it. Wonder if the code is for your scan tool? Let us know what you get.

Thank you for the reply.
I was using a SCT flash scanner. I can program different tunes with it. I reset the program on the truck and unlug the negative battery cable for a while. The light went off, but it might come back. I might have to make a trip to the dealership

Probably time for a new scanner.

What year truck? If 04 or newer, the older scanners don't support the new CAN communications protocol.

Always identify your vehicle.

Thanks Steve,
I have a 2004 SCREW. Sorry. I'm new to the forums. I'm going to try my dealer.
Thanks
