Got your email, replied this am when I had a chance.

The Lariat should have the wiring installed already for them, but I did find via a thread that the 2001 Lariat did not have the harness for the heated seats in it ?? So be aware that the wiring should be installed, but you could get a surprise.

The wiring for the fog lamps requires adding the fog lamp relay, and the 2 fuses, 1 in the central junction box for teh power to the fog lamp switch, and one in the battery junction box to power the lamps via the fog lamp relay.

Once you add in the fuse(s) and the fog lamp relay, and change out the main headlamp switch, the connectors behidn the bumper should be powered when the headlamps are on, and you pull the switch out. When you put on the high beams, they will go out.

Remember this is a 15 AMP circuit, made for the 21 W bulbs in the stock harness. If you are adding after market lamps, that are 55W or 85W each, you will want to use one of the connectors behidn the bumper to power the relay from the aftermarket lamps, and run the lead to that relay to the battery.

Hope this makes sense, let us know what happens

Good luck
