Question '97 electricl issue:wipers, dome light & 4-wheel drive

My '97 F150 started by having the domr light "stick" n and actually run battery down, worse in winter. Found that by pulling a fuse it wold turn light off, but also seemed to affect wipers, power windows and 4 wheel drive would not engauge until fuse replaced. Now dome light will not come on, windows do not work, 4-wheel drive will not engauge wipers will not work. A click of a relay can be heard that cycles quickily, the same click that use to be heard and allow circuit to work-any ideas-Thanks

After reading some posts here, seems like answer will be---------the GEM module.ta da!!. Anyway, any of you fellers know ballpark for part (think I can put in my self from sound of it) and then this leak issue--is it usually a windshiels problem or some other location.
The original dome light problem sounds sounds unconnected and confused the issue. If the wd40 on the switch doesn't cure, are the switches hard to replace on the doors?? hanks agin for help, give me my '68 and '69 Broncos for simplicity any day
