I recently installed a Sirius Radio. After I replaced the dash the heater vents do not change from floor to panel or windshield. It will only blow out through the vents on top of the dashboard. I rechecked the connections and everything looks correct. Is there a relay or fuse that allows the vents to change from floor to panel or windshield?
