Question about hooking up ground wires

I posted in the Audio forum but thought this would be a better place to have my question answered.I am installing a new Alpine head unit in my truck. I am splicing together the wires for the harnesses i got from Crutchfield. The harness that plugs into the head unit has a ground wire with a spade? attached.Would that be hooked up to a screw on the head unit? The other ground wire on the other harness doesn't have a spade attached, just the bare wire. My Sirius tuner also has a ground wire. Does the Sirius satellite tuner ground wire get spliced into that wiring harness ground wire or does the ground wire on that harness get attached to some other area, like the fuse box maybe. I'm not electrically inclined, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

your ground should go in places like the frame, or in your case a metal spot in your cab, if need be you should scrath some paint off where your screw it down so it has a good ground
