F150 Trailer Lights Problem

Have 98 F150 XLT Extended Cab V8 with standard 4 pin trailer wiring, no upgraded tow package (no receiver).
Trailer lights worked 4.0 on several trailers...then towed a UHaul which also worked 4.0. Several weeks later can only get trailer running lights, no turns or brake lights (F150 lights all work 4.0). Checked trailer on my Explorer, all trailer and Explorere lites work 4.0. Metered the F150's yellow and green wires on the 4 pin and no power, good power to the brown running lite wire. Probed the yellow and green wires, no luck, no power. Questions: Are there fuses for the turn signals and brake lights for a standard 4 pin wiring, and which are they? Are there any relays for these lights? Where are they? Thanks in advance.

Yes, there are fuses for the trailer lighting: In the fuse box under the hood If I remember correctly.
