2004 F150 Airbag Light On

I've got an 04 supercab, just installed all the stereo stuff in it. Now, my airbag light is constantly flashing and then goes to solid. I am guessing it is because we had unplugged all of the wires under both seats, which are part of that system as far as I know. Now however, the light remains on. Earlier today I unhooked the battery for about 10 mins, and that did not clear it. I have it unhooked tonight and I am going to let it sit all night incase that was not long enough.

Is there a better way to clear this, and is it safe to assume that the reason it is on was due to those harnesses being unhooked?

Thanks all

Um, recheck all your connections under the seats. And count the flashes of the light and get back to us; with the LFC, we can isolate what's wrong.

Check the connection between the radio bezel and the dash. The part that lights up when the air bag is either on or off.
