could you be a little more specific? The keyless module GEM, or the drivers door relay? or what, exactly?
Also, some parts are in different places depending on engine size.
So post back and I will consult the Mitchells.

I don't envy you. Water damage is grounds to total a car to most insurance. If you have areas in the taped up wire harness that are still wet (they can stay wet for months) you can spray them with silicon, and that will dry them.
Remove any components that show signs of being wet and dry them completey. Sun light for two or three days, or hair dryer. If the dash got wet, your are going to be fighting it for awhile.
Power locks, mirrors, could be inside the door problem, water that is still in the wires, but probably is behind the dash were the relays are located.
Take your time and pull things out and look for places water got in, and assume any relay is toast. Good news is you can go to a pick a part and get a handful of 4 and 5 terminal relays, they are all pretty much the same, so you can 'bug hunt' by buying three or so 1-2 buck wrecking yard relays.
Use them to plug in for test purposes. I suspect two three relays full of water.
best of luck
Chris

The transmitter is the little black hand unit with your key.
Your asking about the reciever, I believe.

Well, take a look behind the sill, around the e-brake, both sides. Two thoughts. You blew the GEM is the most likely. One short and it's toast. The other, less likely, you have water in one of the sill harnesses. Not familiar with your truck, as I have the new model.
