Angry Power window issue

I have had my pasenger side power window fail on me a couple of times in the last week. It goes down and then will not return to the up position through either of the controlls. Eventually goes up but am very nervous about putting it down for fear of this failure.

Any suggestions on how to remedy this issue?

Dont be so hasty with the motor. I had a 96 Ranger with the same prob. and it turned out to be the passenger switch. The interlock circuit from the driver side passes thru the passenger side switch before reaching the motor. I obtained a schematic of the system from a bud at the stealership. Although I tested the switch til the cows came home and couldnt find anything wrong with any of the contacts. Decided to buy the switch anyway (since it was the cheapest component ) and everything worked as intended.
