will not start

will not start

my pick up will not start i have replaced the starter, battiey and starter relay still all it does is clack any body have any idles

Look for a cable that has an open/corroded terminal end. Both hot and ground cables.
Can't hardly be anything else. They have to pass more than 100 amps during starting.
