Question Wiring Windshield washer nozzles

I need some info on how to wire some light-up windshield washer nozzles to my fog light set up. I recently purchased a set of the clear windshield washer nozzles that light up when wired in via a small switch that comes with them. Although, I was curious if I could wire them into the same switch that I use to turn my aftermarket fog lights on and off with. Could I just splice the wires from the nozzles into the wiring for the fog lights?? If anyone has any helpful info, please share.
Thanks!!
ya boy, Tek

Hey Tekg80

I put a set of the lighted windshield washer nozzles on a while back. I wired mine into the parking light on the drivers. Just pull the parking light out and strip the insulation, solder the washer nozzle wire to the parking light wire tape and reinstall the parking light. The lighted washer nozzles will come on when you have your parking lights on or your headlights. I also installed insulated fork terminals at each washer nozzle for easier removal.

Question ???

Could I do that same thing and wire them into my foglight wiring? I only want them to turn on when i have my foglight set up turned on. Could I just strip the wiring from the foglight wires and solder them in there?

yea you can splice into ur fog lamps...those lil nozzles won't take alot to power. just make sure you solder them into your fog lamp wires so you get a good connection. It should work fine

Also make sure you insulate the connection with electrical tape.
