Passenger Window Problem

I just purchased a 1997 F150 XLT and I love this truck. I have already done the WD40 trick to stop the "Door Ajar" problem (hoping it works with our 2000 Excursion as well!) , but I have another problem I jsut discovered yesterday.

With the driver's-side control, I can raise and lower both windows just fine. With the passenger's side control, the window will go down, but not up. Is this a common problem? Is it simply a bad switch on the passenger side?

Thanks in advance.

I'd suspect a bad switch.... the wiring for it is complicated, so it's possible it's a broken wire, but I doubt it.
