Head lights will not shut off

Head lights will not shut off

I have an automatic light s on my 2001 F150 now the head lights will not turn off unless i remove the 30 amps fuse from electrical distrubution panel under hood,I removing the switch from inside the dash panel lights stays on with the switch disconnected

is your light sensor obstructed at all?

and dont worry about pulling the fuse. The powersave will shut down the circuit after 20 minutes (until you can fix the problem)

where is the senor and how do I check it ? the circuit work intermittant.

I don't have this feature so I dont know for sure but I would look behind the rear view mirror for the sensor.

Do a search in these forums for "ADL" I have heard others talk about a sensitivety adjustment some where.
