Electrical Problems

I bought a 2002 SCREW in January with 46K miles on it. I have put an additional 5000 miles on it. About a month ago, I noticed the HVAC blower still running after turning off the truck and removing the key. Set the dial to off and went inside. It hadn't happened since....until 2 nights ago. Woke up to a dead battery yesterday morning. Jumped it and it's fine...except the ABS light came on and stayed on. Last night I replaced the sensor that mounts on the rear diff. Light is still on. Any ideas? I've read about a possible corroded wire and a $700 repair for the problem. Does this sound likely and could there be two wires touching that also cause the blower to run?

Thanks in advance.

A blower relay that is stuck closed will supply current to the blower motor all the time. The circuit is hot all the time. Pull the relay and test or replace it.
