I added some overhead clearance lights, but i want to tap into the parking lights wire to make them work when the parking lights are turned on. Can anybody tell me what wire I need to tap into on the headlight wiring harness? Thanks.

 

I would use a bosch relay to power the lights and use the parking light wire at the headlight to turn on the relay. With a multi-meter you should be able to find the correct wire.
