my suv had broken back window so it sat for a while on my steep driveway facing front end down and back going uphill.(parked in reverse.) Its 10 inch's high. I got remote start(crimestopper). Key chip (tooken out the key) is taped to chip reader or transmiter.(was installed at a shop) battery went dead, took it out for a couple of hours to charge this optima red top battery, when i placed battery into truck theft light blinks.starts but shuts back off. well its been 2 weeks i got the same problem. PLEASE HELP! could the way its parked on my steep driveway have something to do with this? HELP

Any time you disconect the battery it very important NOT to have the key in the ignition. I would remove the chip that you have secured to the module and disconect the battery for an houre or so and turn the headlights on while battery is diconected , then turn off lights and reconect battery then reinstall chip or key and see if this might help.

Hey Thanks for taking the time to read my problem. I Went out to Turn on my Head lights when i noticed they dont turn on. Battery is good, but the wire hardness to the multi****ion switch was burned out. I replaced this wire hardness. Side markers, windshield wipers, water sprayer, hazard light work.BUT NO Headlights,Fuse is good.
