Can anyone tell me how to mod the fog lamps on a 2004 F150 so that they stay on when the bright lights are turned on? I have found mods for older models but not the 2004-2005 model. (new body style)

 

If you look at the diagram, the fog lamp relay is grounded through the high beam circuit (LG/BK), killing the relay when the high beams are on. The relay is in the fuse panel as are the associated connectors. The only connection is a track inside the fuse panel. You could pull the fog lamp relay, use jumpers to mount it remotely and connect the ground pin to the chassis rather than the high beam circuit...
