I would like to run 12 volt power from my 2000 F-150 chassis to power convenience lights for my Leer cap. The cap came with one crappy c-battery powered light that is about as effective as striking a match (when the batteries are new). Does anyone know where I can get 12 volt power from near the rear of truck and run it up into the cap parallel to the third brake light wire? Thanks, Peter.
