Can anyone tell me what this code is? It is coming on everytime with the code and then staying on. thanks

is this a flashout code (counting the flashes) or is it a code pulled with a scanner?

 

I counted the flashes from the light. It is a 98 f150 4x4 supercrew.

 

That flashout code is because of battery voltage falling below a threshold set at 9 volts.
Check all your fuses, and check charging system.
IF that doesn't find anything, seek professional help.
With all the possibilities and $$$ at stake with this, if you aint got a scanner and know how to read PIDS, take it to a competent shop/dealer.

Its a crapshoot without properly diagnosing it with the correct tools.
