After the heavy rains here in Los Angele, then I use my remote pressing the lock button twice my lights blink dimmer the horn is muffled not like normal. my battery is good and every else works great I think maybe water got into something if so where should I look.

H2O and electronics do not mix, these vehicles are loaded with sensors and sensitive connections. I would consult a good electrical person before turning on or starting the vehicle. The horns are usually about half way up on the inside of the grill. "usually".
