Headlamp Turn off Delay

Does anyone know how to extend the delay of having your headlamps cut off when it is in "auto" lamp? Currently they cut off after you turn the ignition off around 30 seconds. Can that be extended?

On my 99 it has an adjustible dial. ford stopped using the dial and made it a fixed time around the 00 or 01 model.
