Is there anyone out there who can do a cluster reprogram for mileage and pats if I supply two keys? I hate going to my Ford stealer because half the time they don't even know what I'm talking about and once they figure out what I need they're already half into my wallet.

I replaced my cluster. I replaced it myself in the lot of the dealer then had them program it.(for free) The mileage was programmed when I ordered it and the PATS was programmed after it was installed.
If you install another cluster and try to start it, it wont start. Then if you put the old one back in it wont start with that either.
Only the dealer can programm it
