Angry Driver Side Window Problem Up but not down

I have a 1997 F-150. The driver side window will go up but not down. The motor is good along with the relay. It appears there is a "Logic control" for the one touch down button and it is not sending the ground pulse to the relay.
This started out where the window would go down on it own while driving down the road.
Can anyone advise where this "One Touch" control box is!!!!!

Smile Problem Solved!!!

I did a little investigation, the local Ford Dealer had no Clue, I fould the window control goes through the GEM (gerneric Electronic Module) which is located on the back of the fuse panel. I called another Ford dealer and asked for the price of a GEM and they advised $177.00. I choose to do a "Quick Fix"
I found the signal wire coming into the module which is in the dorect connector to the fuse panel and the output wire to the window. The signal wire was positive and the output requires a negative signal. I took a small 5 post relay and converted the signal to a Negative. This worked Great and didn't cost a dime. The only disavantage is the window does not have OTD anymore but I can live with it.

THis Module controls may functions to include Windshield wipers. Chime, Dome Light and other Functions It might be the cause of several other problems I have found.

Look for cold solder joint on the curcuit board as well. I found while puting it back in the Windshield wipers were acting funny and found two cold solder joints which swolved the wiper problem
