Question Theft light in gauge cluster?

For some time now I have been dealing with some driveability issues. Needless to say the problem still exists after replacing several sensors under the hood. Essentially what happens is the truck has a studder to it at random times and likes to shut off/stall on me at idle or just off idle. But sometimes just to keep me guessing it will shut off under acceleration or steady cruise. Just recently I have had the O/D light on the gear shifter start flashing after the truck has a so called "hiccup". The light doesn't keep flashing indefinetly, but I understand that there should be a code stored none the less.
Now, for unknown reasons, occassionally after the truck shuts off on its own, and I have restarted it, the red theft light in the gauge cluster will come on, and stay on. Question is, is this related somehow, or something totally different, any ideas, something??

For what it is worth, the truck does have a remote start on it, and 24 inch wheels, not sure if it is important to know, and the sensors that have been replaced are the iac, dpfe, ox sensors, tps, cleaned maf & iat<--think that is what it was.
