I took my 92 F150 to the automated brushles car wash the other evening. My lights were on at the time. When the high pressure wash came in contact with the driver's fender/door, the warning started going off, but only while the headlamps were on. A very disturbing sound when you need to drive 20 more miles.

It eventually went off but has happened again... when I forgot what hapened the prior time. The only think that I have noticed is that the warning bell won't sound at all, that is unil something gets wet.

Any ideas where the issue lies? Help would be great.
