Hi
I have a 2004 expedition and i was driving home from work tonight and all of a sudden the drivers side headlight and foglight turned off.

I checked the fuses and the bulbs when i got home and they were all fine.

I was wondering if anybody had any ideas on what could be causing this.

My warranty has expired already so i dont want to take it in if i could do it myself.

Sounds like you've checked for voltage on the positive side, now check for a good ground on the negative side. The ground for the headlight is behind the headlight assembly on each side of the radiator support.
