Power window

I need advise to try and fix my passenger side power window. When you push the button for the window to go up you can hear a clicking noise, it won't power down. I have replaced the motor and now the switch and it still doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks! Mike

Verify power and ground at the motor in both directions.

Slam the door stoutly (don't get carried away; window glass breaks real easy, ask me how I know...) and try working the switch again.

Thank for the reply! Finally figured out that the switchs work on the opposite side of the windows. I bought the passenger door switch and I needed the drivers side switch to fix the passenger side. Go Figure!
