Electric trailer brake controller recommendations?

I have a 01 SCab 4x4 with the factory towing package. However, I guess this doesn't include the electric brake controller (found out the hard way, although incident free, thank god). Any recommendations for controller brand? OEM, etc. Thanks..

Prodigy or Jordan Ulitma 2020 are the main choices. Brakesmart by MasterbrakeCorp. is another.

I run Jordan in both my vehicles.

I have had both reese boxes, the digital and the other one. I have also had a valley digital. When buying these boxes remember what is at stake (truck, trailer, other motorists) You get what you pay for.
