Do you have a Fuse #29?

It should be 5 amps.

My wiring diagram shows fuse #2 and #29 wired together.

Do these gauges make a swing when you first start the vehicle.

Can you do the odometer guage test?

Well mine says #29 is hot at run/start and #2 says hot always. Then it has this stupid little dashed box that feeds the guages that says "solid state" that seems to be controlled by the PCM.

Let me know if the #29 fuse is a dead end. Then theres the problem of why a fuse blew in the first place.

I now see you said the mileage counter was not working so forget the odometer test.
