Does this happen when u are not hooked to a trailer?

If so, then you have a short to power on your trailer wiring harness.
If it doesn't matter whether it is plugged to trailer or not,
Short to power through a switch or wiring..

Let me know more details

sounds like a bad ground connection on the trailer. check on the trailer where the black wire connects to the trailer frame. if it has no ground then one circuit will back feed through another causing weird problems
