swap manual a/c controls for electronic controls?

swap manual a/c controls for electronic controls?
I have a 2000 F150XLT. I have the manual A/C controls. Can I simply unplug these controls and plug in a E.A.T.C. control head (Ford's electronic A/C controls)?

No.
You will have to add all the ancillary hardware that the EATC system requires.
Such as sensors, wiring and electric motors for the blend doors.
