Can you splice anything together to get fogs to come on in parking light postion thus avoiding the ramp filing? Even in headlight on positon without pulling?

Once I splice brown/white-black together for high beam fog will I have any fuse problems?

What size connector/splicer is used to connect the brown/white-black wires?

Truck has all factory wiring. Uses 99 fog light setup in lower bumper valence and new headlight switch with pull for fogs.
Truck did not have factory fogs but all wiring was present behind
bumper. Fogs simply plugged in.
