The only 2 ways I can think of is to change the RAP Module to one with a different code or to switch the wires to the keys.

Enter the permanent factory keyless entry keypad code.
Press the 1/2 button within five seconds to activate the programming mode. Holding the 1/2 button for more than two seconds after activation will erase the stored customer code. The door locks will lock, then unlock, confirming the code is erased. The existing code will not need to be erased to program new a code.
Within five seconds, enter the new five-digit keyless entry keypad code. The door locks will lock and unlock to confirm the new code is programmed.

Alex,

The Factory code is permenant. It cannot be changed using the above procedure. You can add a second code that can be changed or deleted anytime.

How do I get the factory code for my vehicle? I bought it used...and that's not in the records that came with the truck. The original sticker, manuals, etc. are there, but not the code.

look under the dash near the upper left hand corner by the driver's feet. There is a module mounted on the firewall and the code is clearly stamped/written on the front. Should take about a minute to figure it out.
