check engine after putting on a flowmaster...

hey guys i just got a flowmaster with a turndown put on and about 15 mins after i was driving away the check engine light comes on and stays on. do you think i need an O2 sensor???

Have the code retrieved to see what it indicates. If the HO2 sensor was fine before this, it should be fine 15 minutes later.

Just a muffler, right? They didn't cut the catalytic converters off, did they?

nope, just cut off the stock muffler and put a flowmaster w/ turndown, no cutting of and cats or anything....sounds wierd because i did the same thing on my ranger and had no problems???????
