Fuse for 2nd cig. lighter?

I have a 2001 F-150 Supercab. As I believe is pretty standard, mine has the regular cigarette lighter and a second (on the left) "power point". My cigarette lighter works fine, though it seems to take little to blow the fuse. However, the second plug is dead. My manual does not say which fuse, if any, it is on. It is independent of the cig. lighter fuse. I even checked all fuses under the dash but none appeared burned out. Can anyone help me figure out where the fuse for it may be? Any ideas on what else would be wrong?

Thanks,
Shawn

Duh...

Okay, I'm an idiot. I swear I pored over the manual looking for the correct fuse. Then John points out that it is #1 under the hood. So I look in the manual to see what it is listed as...POWER POINT. I feel like such an ***. Thanks to anyone who read this and resisted pointing out what a moron I am.
