I had been posting and searching for help with the air bag light/horn/cruise issue on my 1994 EB F-150..
Well, I used the steps provided in this thread to change out the clock spring https://www.f150online.com/forums/sh...t=clock+spring
Here are my .02 on the procedure..the bolts are 10mm to get the airbag off, the screws are hard to see, but they are phillips.
I got away without removing the top cover of the steering column or the dash panel, you just have to manipulate the wires through which I thought was much easier than removing more stuff.
Be careful with the ignition switch, mine came apart and I thought I would not be able to get it back together.. but it did, and it works..
