Hey Guys, I own a 97 F-150 with that keyless entry remote thing. Recently Its been acting really weird. I press the button to unlock the doors and have the light go off, but sometimes it doent work. I also can't press the override button in the truck cuz that dont work either. So I HAVE to get the remote on the keychain to work. I never liked the idea of having this option being the only way to start my truck. I wanna get rid of it and disable it if possible. Is there a wire I can cut or something I can do to make this option just stop altogether that would be great! PLEASE help me out!! I dont wanna be stranded somewhere when this remote gives out.
