Anyone have any experiences with these?

We have one on my mom's Mustang and now the thing will not start. I posted about it in the General Discussion about 2 weeks ago. They finally took the car to a repair shop to have it looked at and they told her that the alarm was causing the problem and to take it somewhere that works with that brand. My question is would this alarm cause the car not to start? Right now, it doesn't even turn over. All of the power items work, but when the key is turned it does nothing. We have tried flipping the switch to turn the alarm off and press a the reset button, but it still does nothing. She hasn't been able to drive her car in about 3 weeks now, because it won't crank.

I did a little research about the company but could not find out much, except for a page with some reviews on it and those were mostly bad about this product. The company does not have a site with any information on it. I am going to call local alarm shops in the area and see if they can help.

Well we figured it out. It had nothing to do with the Alarm system. It was the wires to the clutch sensor the whole time.
