Headlights Not Working

I have a 97 4x4, last night the headlights suddenly went out, but I'm able to flash the high beams. I have been reading previous posts and looks like in other cases it was the multifunction switch. Is this a dealer part or can it be picked up at a pep boys or auto zone? Any idea of the cost also?

Multifunction Switch

Just finished replacing the multifunction switch and it worked. Took only 30 minutes. FYI for anyone else experiencing this...part was $80 from the dealer, just needed a few screwdrivers and patience in tight places. Can't imagine paying someone to do that.
