I'm having problems with the automatic door latch on the driverside of my 1999 F-150 truuck. Up to a few weeks ago it would lock intimately. Now it doesn't. Any ideas why its not working? Passenger side works fine. E-mail if you can at chassue57@wmconnect.com.

Can you hear the actuator working inside the door when you hit the switch. if you can maybe the rod connecting it to the door lock is off. if not, you prob. need to open the door and check the wiring and use a test light to test for a signal to the actuator. That is where I would start
