My 99 Ligtning just had a probelm with the in-tank hose coming off one fuel pumps, so I had the tank dropped and the hose reconnected and now I am gettting the SES Code P0453. Soemthing to do with evap. pressure high. I have tried clearing the computer and the code comes back when I drive it. In the trouble shooting guide in the scanner it was refering to FTP sensor shorted to VREF & sig. RTN shorted to VPWR, what does this all mean and how do I fix it? Any help would really be appreciated, thanx.

 

The engine section would be the best place to ask this question. Did you check the basics? Connectors plug back in the right way, no wires cut or shorted against metal, fuel hoses kinked or twisted during the re-install.
