Question Changing battery

OK, this may seem trivial....

Is replacing a battery (with the proper CCA, etc...) as simple as ... well, replacing a battery, or must some settings on the onboard computer be changed/updated?

Manny....
According to my Chilton's Bible......nothing extraordinary.....just make sure your cables and connections are good and put in a new battery.

Manny-

Like Viejo4X4 said, it's a simple exchange. You'll lose your radio presets and your truck will run and shift a bit different as your computer relearns.
